Rosie's View of Christians

What really makes me sad is that the audience clapped for her comments.

"Radical Christianity is just as threatening as radical Islam in a country like America where we have separation of church and state," said O'Donnell.

The American Family Association has a link to send an email to ABC demanding an apology.

I don't think her comment was intended to offend, I think she truly believes what she said. She is wrong, but will sending a letter to ABC demanding an apology do any good? If ABC does apologize, or even if Rosie apologizes (probably won't happen), will it be sincere? Is this the right response?

Didn't listen to it (can't from here) but if what you quoted is what she said - I think it's great.

Imagine- radical Christians - making a (positive) impact on their environment. Whatever next?

    be blessed!

It all depends on what she meant by 'radical', doesn't it.

If a 'radical christian' is someone like Fred Phelps and his kin then I agree with her 100%.

But if she meant that orthodox Christians are 'radical' just because she happens to disagree with them (us), then that's another ball of wax...

I propose that we riot in the streets and make death threats until Rosie apologizies. That appears to be a successful strategy for others thus far.

the weird thing was the applause of the crowd after she said it. the people in the audience has probably gotten more liberal since her coming on the show.
